ALAPPUZHA: The Janakeeya Hotels (budget hotels) launched by Kudumbashree Mission have proven to be a big relief to those who find it difficult to survive the lockdown. As many as 417 janakeeya hotels have been distributing lunch packets to around 40,000 people across the state since April 3 at a nominal rate of Rs 20 per packet.
