Some of the beef at the hotel restaurant Bricks and Horses comes from the 6666 Ranch about 200 miles away, which Yellowstone co-creator Taylor Sheridan recently acquired. A country pub has been praised for its response to a ‘pathetic keyboard warrior’ who left a vile review online. Gerogery Hotel, in the rural NSW town of Gerogery, 20 minutes north of Albury, received a one-star review from a man named Robert who blasted the pub for serving a large meal to an “obese” customer last week. An iconic Melbourne pub known for its heavy metal gigs will close at the end of the month, with owners saying their financial burden has left them no choice. The Bendigo Hotel – or the Bendi to punters – on Johnston St, Collingwood has been a staple of the city’s live music scene for 14 years.
