Chennai: Food safety officials have banned sales at the Vandalur branch of Buhari Hotel for three days for non-compliance with rules under the food safety act. They can resume sales only after the food safety department clears after a physical inspection of the hotel, Kancheepuram district designated food safety officer Dr T Anuradha said. At least four families have complained of food poisoning after eating at this hotel on August 15 and 16.
